Before I decided to buy a new laptop and write this Thinkpad T420S review, I was using one of those cheap laptops that you can get for a few hundred bucks and that likely wasn’t worth much more than the cost of the metal and plastic it was made from. After years of frustration and discontent with its speed and constant performance issues, I ultimately decided to invest in a quality laptop, and that’s when I found this one. This machine has truly been a breath of fresh air for me, and I wanted to share with you just a few of the many things I love about it.
It Really Flies
One thing I have to say in my Thinkpad T420S review is that this thing really flies! Now you may think I’m saying this in comparison to my old laptop, but I also regularly use a more modern computer at work and sometimes I borrow my wife’s laptop that we bought just last year. So I do have a solid frame of reference, and can tell you that with its Intel Core i5 processor, along with other features like 4 GB DDR3 ram and 420 GB HDD, this thing really has the power to fly. It opens up new windows and applications in amazing time, and this really makes the entire process of using it far more enjoyable.

Other Features
I want to say in my Thinkpad T420S review that this machine is designed for the user, and with this in mind it really is pretty enjoyable to use. Its keyboard is almost ergonomic in design, and the words I type seem to just fly right onto the screen. The touchpad is ultra responsive, and the 14-inch screen has incredible graphics aided by an advanced Intel graphics card. Altogether, I cannot think of a single aspect, large or small, that has not been drastically improved by making the switch from my old computer to this one. Of all of the computers I currently use, this is by far my favorite.

My Only Regret
